Job description

We are currently partnering with a national charity, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to be one of the country’s leading mental health charities who help support people affected by mental health by providing specialist services to them. They’ve been campaigning for improved mental health services for over 75 years.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £55,000 per annum. The role is based East London and is due in the office 2 days per week. Our client is looking to get someone started in June however can be flexible depending on candidates notice periods.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Working with Senior Managers to ensure their business plans are aligned with the HR strategy and the wider Strategic Plan
  • Assisting with the continuous improvement of our HR policies, procedures and guidelines, including undertaking consultation and negotiation with managers, staff and unions as necessary
  • Leading on all change projects which could include restructures, redundancies and redeployment
  • Creating reports on all HR data to take to senior management meetings for analysis
  • Developing potential options to resolve cases, ranging from negotiated settlements, new management practises, to performance monitoring, early retirement and dismissal

Experience required:

  • Knowledge of change projects
  • Complex ER cases

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Full recruitment lifecycle experience
  • Creating reports on HR analytics

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (Flexibility with the working hours)
