​We are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham, who are recruiting for an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate must have previous experience working within manufacturing or a similar environment, and must be willing to travel to sites nationwide as required.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing ER casework escalated from site HR Managers including grievances, absence, disciplinaries

• Supporting external legal counsels in tribunals (if required)

• Running employment law updates with HR managers and upskilling them and operational managers on dealing with Employee Relations casework

• Providing policy and strategy advice to HR and operational colleagues

• Supporting employment related projects such as change programmes, TUPE, redundancy & M+A activities

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Large scale ER casework experience

• Worked within manufacturing or a similar environment

• Driving licence is essential

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Confident working with key stakeholders
