We are currently working in partnership with an established Housing Association providing housing for people in the greatest need, based in London, who are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on a temporary 1-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable from £18-23 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in compliance, along with excellent IT and communication skills.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Liaising with external contractors/ consultants to ensure they upload risk assessments to the relevant database

• Monitoring access into properties by contractors, and communicating with residents

• Ensuring certificates, actions and scheduled programmes of all workstrams are uploaded to the relevant database

• Assisting with producing up to date and reliable KPIs from all workstreams

• Ensuring the Property Safety department adequately respond to complaints

• Liaising with Local Authorities, HSE, Fire Service, Building Control and other external agencies and professional bodies to obtain information for the Property Safety Department

Experience required:

• A prior role in compliance within the social housing sector

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent IT skills

• Strong communication skills
