Job description
We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning further Charity who are based in east London. They are looking to appoint a Communications and Supporter Manager on a 12-month FTC.
This will be a full-time position based in Canning Town, with hybrid working (a minimum of 3 days home working and a salary of £39,500 to £46,800 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of reengaging lapsed donors, of managing a small team and devising creative ways to widen income streams.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a team of three: 1 x Individual Giver & Legacies Officer, 1 x Senior Communications Officer, 1 x Administration Officer
Providing direction to the team in relations to major donor projects
Raising brand awareness through multi-platform campaigning
Organising fundraising events
Driving new and managing existing corporate partnerships
Experience required:
Work in the non-profit sector
Managing a team
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Data analysis
Knowledge of the fundraising sector
Ability to develop creative solutions to problems
Excellent organisational skill
